Not sure I understand this as a sciatica reliever. Calf stretch?-yes. Hamstring stretch?-I think so. But Sciatica? I”m not feeling it there.
Best one I”ve learned for the piriformis, etc, is sitting in a chair, cross right foot over left knee, pull the right knee to left shoulder, then turn head, upper body to right. Reverse for other side. Now THAT wrings out the piriformis and glute medius better than any ‘X’ band walk or hip hike, etc. Try it.
