why limit yourself if size is the goal. low reps,medium reps and high reps all build different parts of the muscle fiber.it’s all good,lol.
of course if strength alone is the goal tis a different story.
I agree, but Pavel’s concept of keeping reps in the hole and limiting injury is good. Also I have been crippled by high rep martial arts exercise and Negative Only Nautilus.
Norbert Schemansky was incredible and his routine might produce nothing for the average Joe.
