Petr it’s called “the grappler”, and I don’t know if WSB invented it but they sell one. Link above. Appearantly it gives you a way to train the chest/upper back/shoulders in movements hard to recreat in other ways. I read somewhere that it helped the WSB guys keep shoulder mobility as an antidote to all the heavy benching they do.

I saw it before, does someone know what are those sticks ? I know what is for :o) but is it some kind of “known” training regime/tool ?
They used to have training rods for women to do lunges and leg exercises with. They mounted in the ground and pivoted.
